WEBSITE IMAGES & PHOTOGRAPH USAGE

This website contains an extensive number of images and photographs, many of which have been provided by our network of international travel partners, and tour operators, hoteliers, ground handlers, travel service providers, travel promotion and marketing organisations and travel and tourism offices and boards.

It is true to say that the majority of images and photographs are sent to us in good faith by tour operators, hoteliers, travel trade organisations, tourist boards and PR agencies and we use them in good faith. However, we can’t be responsible for those from third parties, often in a batch, or for any image of photograph that we use or have used without the specific consent of any rights or copyright holder from such sources. If we have used or posted an image in error, we apologise, and will remove it immediately should we be unable to reach a mutually agreeable arrangement to continue to use the image for the purpose intended.

We would like to recognise these contributors by name and a section is provide here to do just that if asked to do so. We are also very happy to add individuals, companies, organisations and the like with a specific notation if requested to do so. Should you have any questions or queries about the images being used – please communicate with us, you will find us very co-operative and obliging.
