A number of our overseas horse racing tours will also be hosted by Bob Champion MBE the former jump jockey of Grand National fame. Bob - one-half of "racing greatest fairytale" of triumph over adversity by horse and jockey when winning the 1981 Grand National on Aldaniti. Winners of the BBC's Team of the Year award in 1981, thirty years later Bob was honoured again at the 2011 BBC TV's Sports Personality Awards with The Helen Rollason Award in honour of the former BBC Sport presenter who died from cancer in 1999.
